Sociedad Rentacar Centroamericana, a company in force and duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, with legal identification number [3-101-0110], by means of this document (hereinafter identified as the “Cookie Policies” or the “Policies”), informs all Users of the website thrifty.cr (thrifty.cr) hereinafter identified as the “Site”, that it uses cookies.

Name and email address in case of subscription to the Site's services.

USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES.
thrifty.cr, through the use of cookies, informs the user that the data collected will be processed for the following purposes:
a.To allow the User to subscribe to our services and to purchase them.
b. To provide, support, and improve the Services we offer, as well as enhance our relationships with Customers and Users. Among other things, thrifty.cr uses the data that Users provide to enable us to use the Services. RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THIS COOKIE POLICY
To exercise any type of right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition and Deletion of data according to the Law on the Protection of Persons against the Processing of their Personal Data (Law 8968) of the Republic of Costa Rica, the User may exercise his right by means of a written request and management addressed to the email sac@hertz.cr or by written communication to the following physical address [Alajuela, Rio Segundo, Oficentro Santamaria Oficinas 5B].
If any situation arises that prevents the partial or total execution of these Cookie Policies, or if there is any claim related to these Cookie Policies, the User accepts and acknowledges that such situation will be resolved by mutual agreement. However, if for any reason a particular situation persists, arbitration will be resorted to, in accordance with the Regulations of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce.
Both the User and thrifty.cr hereby voluntarily and unconditionally submit to its rules and regulations, and agree to be familiar with them. The dispute shall be governed by the substantive laws of Costa Rica. The arbitration shall take place at the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce ("Center") in San José, Costa Rica. An arbitration tribunal composed of three arbitrators shall conduct the arbitration proceedings. Each party shall appoint its own arbitrator, and the third shall be appointed by the Center. The arbitral award issued pursuant to such arbitration shall be in writing and shall be final, binding, and conclusive between the parties. The award shall be final, except through remedies for review and annulment. Once rendered, the award shall be res judicata, and the parties shall comply with it promptly. The costs related to the arbitration proceedings and the arbitrators' fees shall be borne by the parties in equal shares, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. The fees of attorneys and other consultants appointed by the Parties shall be borne by each respective party.
EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE OF THE USE OF COOKIES.
Having read all of the above, the User expressly, voluntarily, and unequivocally declares that he or she accepts the terms and conditions of these Cookie Use Policies and, as an unequivocal demonstration of his or her acceptance, clicks on the accept button at the end of this document.
